  • lie on your back;
  • place your hands on your stomach or join your palms;
  • bend your knees and bring your feet together;
  • move your feet as close to your pelvis as possible;
  • close your eyes;
  • breathe evenly and calmly;
  • hold the pose for a comfortable time;
  • straighten your legs;
  • If desired, wear socks made from natural fibers. Do not use socks with hard elastic, which leave the slightest marks on the body in the morning.
